Q. If I need an alternate hem length from your standard 32” and 34” inseam, how do I measure my inseam? Is there a cost to alter the hem length? A. We have included how to measure my inseam on the website. Pictures are included for your reference to make this process more clear. Once you have determined your inseam, include this in the appropriate fields offered in your online ordering process. The cost to alter the inseam of a pant is $5.00 per pant. Items are non-returnable once alterations have been done.

Q. What if I need a different top size and pant size, Can I do this? A. Yes, We find that most people vary between top sizes and pants sizes. So, for example, if you need a medium top and a small pant please fill out the appropriate sizing information when entering your order online.

Q. What is your return policy? A. Aloft international policy is that customers be satisfied with their purchases. To back this satisfaction commitment, we will replace or exchange any merchandise that is received damaged (or defective) within 30 days from the date merchandise was received by the customer. We do not offer refunds at this time. If a customer decides to return their purchase for a replacement or exchange and their merchandise is not damaged or defective, they will be responsible for paying all freight charges both to and from our head office. We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, screened or embroidered.

Q. Will these uniforms shrink with washing? A. All fabric is made from a cotton polyester blend and has been pre-shrunk.
