Paula Sklazeski – Vice-President, Aloft International

With over 32 years spent in healthcare as an Emergency Nurse, Charge Nurse and Manager, Paula founded the company and has been in the healthcare apparel manufacturing sector for over 15 years. Paula worked in collaboration and manufactured under the guidance of apparel engineers Michel Beaudet and Robert Quirk.

Through ongoing R & D developed Paula has implemented an efficient apparel manufacturing factory.

Erin Oner - Director, Aloft Australia

Having grown up around the manufacturing and sales of Aloft uniforms and apparel, Erin spent many a summer in Northern Ontario driving to hospitals to do table sales and working in the retail stores in both Thunder Bay and in Winnipeg. In 2004, Erin headed to Australia to complete her Master in Business(MBA). She worked for a Healthcare Company for a few years in Australia before she started her own business; Aloft Australia. In addition to being a director of Aloft Australia, she is also a valuable part of Aloft International and works with us in the North American market on a daily basis. Erin's focus is on the mentoring and guiding the sales team, as well as working on business development and corporate incentive programs. Erin shares the common passion at Aloft for our products and truly loves what she is doing.
